Losing the chance to buy the apartment in San Damiano d’Asti was an emotional shock but we were determined to spend the 10 remaining days of our trip to widen the search and open ourselves to other cities large and small. It was a crash course in Italian real estate.
To make a long story short, we found a città (city) that immediately struck us as charming and the right energy level. It was Mondovì in the province of Cuneo. More to come…
